Orders are processed within 3-5 working days via Royal Mail Standard. Only one product per UK address will be sent while stock lasts. Due to high demand, please allow 7-14 days for delivery.
Shipping for Promotional Campaigns
Promotional campaigns are available for mainland UK only. We cannot ship to islands or remote areas due to additional charges. Any affected orders will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Returns Policy
As our products are offered as samples (at a significantly reduced cost), we do not accept returns or issue refunds for unwanted items.
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 14 days via our Contact Us page, chat, or at support@discoverysample.com. with relevant details and photos. We will assess each case individually and provide the best resolution.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please:
- Do not refuse delivery – accept it and contact us immediately.
- Provide clear photos of the issue when contacting us.
- We will assess the issue and determine the best course of action (replacement or refund where applicable).
Faulty Products
